How NOT To Learn..

Learning in a fast-paced and constantly changing world today can not be left to luck. We must make an effort to cherish our experiences and learn from them or be doomed to repeat our past blunders. Worse yet, we usually continue to do things that have always worked for us in the past, while our competition is actively seeking innovation, growth and new ideas to meet ever-changing market needs.

Many times, subconsciously, we skip the learning process. Normally, this prevents learning from ever happening.

Some examples:

* To jump to conclusions. We do not take the time to review and reflect on what really happened. This often leads to false conclusions about what to do next.

* Analysis = paralysis. Nothing ever happens. We review, conclude, review again, and so on, without planning or continuation of our experiences.

* Quick Retouch. Experience and immediately proceed to the next step without thinking or draw conclusions about what just happened.

Do not block personal improvement and learning. The competitive advantage of the future is learning at a quick pace.
